The Founder
"Ice" — an accounting graduate
who sees numbers as opportunity
จตุพร ยะเปียงปลูก, known as "Ice", graduated in Accounting from the Faculty of Business Administration at Maejo University (class 78), and set out on a career in accounting with the belief that a good accounting system is the foundation of every growing business.
Having worked in both large organisations and fast-moving startups, Ice understands what business owners at every level really need, and has used that experience to design services that "fit real life" for today’s business owners.

on systems we built entirely ourselves
Most accounting firms buy a different off-the-shelf program for each task, then key the same data in again and again between systems. We chose the harder path: writing our own systems, both for document storage and for managing our internal work, so that every part can talk to the others directly.
What clients get is speed and accuracy. No sending the same documents twice, no waiting for someone to dig through a file. And the time we save on duplicated work goes into the one thing a system can’t do for us: sitting down with business owners and advising them.
We are also developing our own accounting software, to make the whole system even more complete.
Online document storage
Clients can send documents from anywhere, at any time. No more collecting them in a box to bring to the office, and past documents can be found without digging through folders.
Internal work management software
A system we wrote for our own use, to track how far each client’s work has progressed, whether a filing deadline is coming up, and which documents are still missing.
Your data lives on our system, not on one person’s computer
Client documents and figures are stored on a system with controlled access. They are not scattered across individual staff members’ personal files, and they don’t disappear when someone leaves.

Every experience along the way has shaped who we are today.
The beginning — Internal Auditor
Began as an internal auditor for 3 years, building a foundation of thoroughness and an understanding of how internal controls work inside an organisation.
The startup world — Finance & Accounting Officer
Moved into the startup world in Chiang Mai, experiencing the speed, agility and mindset of modern business owners who want real-time information.
Going independent — Freelance Accountant
With more than 5 years of experience, started taking on freelance accounting work, in a new-generation style focused on accuracy, precision and clear communication, until clients were recommending the service far and wide.

Registered to support a client base of more than 100 and to broaden the services on offer, joining forces with บรรลือศักดิ์ จินดากุล, a media specialist, to become a full One Stop Service.
